I'm realizing that the lower part of my pecs are much more developed the the upper part and I'm starting to get man boobs, how do I prevent this? Also how can I stop from my arms getting developed so that Im not able to totally straighten them out.

do light weight with fast reps so the muscle is lean

Lighter weight with more reps = longer muscles.
Heavy weight with fewer reps = bulky muscles.

do you work your upper chest? make you work your upper chest,and lower chest also. don't lift heavy if you don't wanna get big.. do light weight and a lot of rep.
