Wow, you guys actually didn't even know you could get one? Well, of course you have to have past injuries (or pain) and just go to a doctor and buy one... but the bad part is that it'll stay on your record. I heard it's about $150-$200 but I'm not exactly sure; my friend wants one, that's why I'm asking...

The cost for the exam to get one varies by doctor. You can find a list of doctors in California at http://www.canorml.org $150 is a typical fee.

There are two charges; State--$13.00, and County--?(i don't know how much, but would imagine it wouldn't be more than double the state fee).
