Probably 'Spinal Tap' - still hilarious after 25 years and repeated viewings.

Pootie Tang will always be the funniest movie I've ever seen. The neighborhood hero whooping the villans asses with a magic belt. Does it get any better than that?
Office Space is hilarious too! That's right up there with Pootie Tang =)

When it first came out in 1997, "There's Something About Mary" almost made me bust a gut. "Kingpin" and "Old School" were also right up there, and "Animal House" of course is a classic.
