You should just be friends with her right now...
be yourself and if she likes you she will get out of the relationship and go for you!!!!
Just don't push it...she wont like that!!!!

oh my, ok well first off don't stare at her -thats a complete turn off! and don't bombard her with gifts- you cou;d get introuble with her bf, and when he gets mad she'll just think HE is being sweet and protecting her, so i'd say just start by becoming really sweet and force the line that writes yourself as a friend and more than a friend to go fuzzy. i mean whenever shes around make sure your always smiling! girls love guys who smile alot and make her super comfortable and super happy to see them. When girls see a guy who is just happy, it warms the girl and makes HER smile. and her smiling is the most important thing to go on right now! you want to make sure she's always happy with you, and making her laugh is a good thing, but don't do stupid jokes. she'll laugh AT you and not with you. which is not what you want! so basicly, make her happy, become a close friend that isnt bound to friendship only, (which mes you could do things like if a guy bugs her, you stand up for her! and you can try and show off infront of her, girls think thats cute, but make it obvious, but not overly obvious. like dont talk about it, just make your actions speak for themselves) and, 3rd off, be there for her ALL THE TIME. that includes in the middle of the night, make sure she understands its OK the call you WHENEVER she needs to. and make sure you promise her that you'll never hurt her. and when you say meaningful things to her, look her directly in the eye and give her a cute look. she'll love it. but don't ever get in the way of her bg until shes done with him. good luck!

be friends and then when she and her BF have a fight and she can't take it she'll come to you for the answer, if the fight was really bad then advise her to break up with him and then tell her you'll be there when she needs a helping hand.

just be her friend for now if she isnt happy with whoever she is dating she will break up with him and if she seems to liek u dont be nervous, and just ask her out but dotn be so desperate
