It's difficult to know because we really don't get a sense for Phineas' internal process; we only see what he does. Phineas certainly *appears* stronger because he acts with confidence, takes risks and stands by his friend when under fire. But who really knows what insecurities he may be hiding?

Internally Phinaes/Finney is stronger.He is smarter,has more heart than Brinker.He is definatley the stronger of the two. ;)
