To find four consecutive integers whose sum is 130, you would set up the equation like this.

x+ (x+1)+(x+2)+(x+3)=130
4x+6=130
4x=124
x=41

The numbers are 41, 42, 43, and 44.

Are the angles measures of a triangle?

If they are, then the third angle is 180- ((z-30)+z). Can't really help much unless I know what the "third angle" is a part of.

Since there is dissension, let's go through this again.

Four consecutive integers: x, x+1, x+2, x+3

Add them together and they are 130:

x + x + 1 + x + 2 + x +3 = 130
4x + 6 = 130
4x + 6 - 6 = 130 - 6
4x = 124
x= 31
x+1= 32
x+2=33
x+3=34
