Yes you can. Some people have those eyes that seem like they can look right through you. Sometimes it is the color of the eyes, the shape of them, or just the person themselves. My fiance has green-blue eyes and he can just stare at you and he doesn't blink and it can be scary if you don't know him. Other people think he is watching them or a body guard or something like that.

Yep. I can be intimidating. My ex-boss couldn't even look me in the eye most of the time because he was a yutz. Oh yes, he was on my s***-list a lot, and he knew it. : )
