I mean really... this countries resources are stretched very thin...people are multiplying faster than rabbits...
Why not make contraception free to all who want it?

I think that safe sex is important and that birth control should be available to everyone. Birth control is to pricey for some people, but condoms are cheap.
People shouldn't have so many kids, why would you want to have like eleven kids? My great grandparents had 14 kids, way too many kids.

To all over 18 yes. MALES AND FEMALES!
Males mostly though because there are no health risks with cond-ms like there are with a lot of female products.
You do have to be careful because there are very SERIOUS risks such as blood clots, cancer, etc. Maybe there should be free health care to for all who want it while on birth control!

I think Spay and Neutering would be more beneficial to the masses! Give people an IQ test before they can reproduce.

Yes, they definately should. There should also be laws regarding WHO can reproduce because some people just shouldn't and others really should not because of their finacial situation.
