You have to prove in court that your parents are negligent and that you can survive on your own. To do so, call a lawyer and find out the proper procedure, but be warned, you will have to carry the burden of proof as the court will give your parents the benefit of the doubt.
I wouldn't do it if I were you. They let you have a computer, I doubt you're that bad off.

Leaving home is real easy. You can just leave. But finding a place to live and food to eat is the tough part.
Trust me out on the streets is not like they tell you.
It is not all fun and games it is scary and tough.
Your parents care more about you than some boy friend you just met. Who is going to help you get through high school and college. Do you want to work for min. wage the rest of your life?

you probably need a reason like if they are abusing you or if they are stealing your money or something, you are old enough, google it cause i was gonna do a paper on it and i found out how to do it and stuff. if you have no reason and the judge thinks you shouldnt ask them if you can go to boardong school or live in an apartment with a friend or something, or just wait a year or two.

You generally have to have a valid reason, such as you have a child and your parents are hostile to the child, you have vast income and they are squandering it.

How sad....a couple of years from now you will probably be trying to figure out how to get mom and dad to let you move back in so that they can feed and clothe you and pay your bills.

The rules are that you need to stay at home. You're not mature enough to be on your own and you're not smart enough to spell the status you're seeking.
Stay in school.
