I'm going with the Cowboys for the upset. The Seahawks are much weaker this year. By no means am I a Cowboys fan (especially so since they have TO).
Neither Dallas or Seattle had a stellar year:
Seattle's wins this year were against STL (2), GB, Den, TB, NYG, ARI, DET and Oakland. How many of those teams were above .500? Answer: one (Denver)
Dallas's wins this year were against Washington, Tenn, Carolina, Atlanta, Houston, TB, Indi, NYG (once they lost to them once as well) and Arizona. How many of those teams were above .500? Answer: one (Indi)
So both teams had 9 wins in which 8 of them ended up being against teams with a record of 8-8 or worse. The only one of those wins that stands out is Dallas's win over Indi

Seahawks win in a shootout. The Seahawks have been decimated by technique of harm all season long, no different group compares. Now with the main products on offense lower back the protecting secondary is hurting. The Cowboys besides the fact that have been decimated simply by private components, no remember if its some bimbo throughout their over-hyped QB or T.O. being the gang killer he's. So, Romo will hit Glenn and/or T.O. for some long balls and couple TD's; however the insane crowd noise at Qwest field would be to a lot for the fairway Romo to not teach it over some circumstances (fumble or int). And with the Seahawks commencing off to fairly click on offense they are going to easily outscore the Cowboys.

This is a tough question, cowboys are +3 and have been struggling you have to wonder if all the controversy has gotten to the boys? But I don't have faith in the seahawks either they looked pretty bad in some of their games this year and Mike Holmgren is pretty conservative. The way i see it Romo is going to bounce back parcells will leave nothing back and the cowboys are going to squeak by only because i think their team has just a little more expectations this year. I wouldn't bet on it though, i think the best bet is New England to roll over the jets.

The Seahawks will probably win because the Cowboy defense sucks and can't stop any one. Reference their last game against Detroit.

Cowboys... Sike! Here are my reasons:
1. Cowboys are losing (How in the world do u lose to Detriot of all teams ?!?!)
2. Seahawks have a better team and they keep their mouth shut, unlike some overdosing ball-hog on the opposite side.
3. T.O. and his dropped passes are beating the team up
4. Tony Romo is doing better than Bledsoe would be but they will lose the game anyways with either QB
5. Its in Seattle and watch the crowd go crazy.
Need I say more?

Looks like a toss up to me. Eventhough Dallas is a number 4 seed and Seattle is a number 5 seed, Dallas has been real incosistent lately. On the other side of the coin, Seattle has a lot of injuries and poor offense.
Personally I am hoping for Dallas as my team, the Saints, has whooped them before.

The Cowboys will win. They will get it together and pick up a victory in Seatle. Seatle is not a strong opponent and went 1 in 3 in thier last 4 games of the regular season.

I like the cowboy players, but Parcells is going to make them lose. The cowboys play-calling is just horrible. Calling a pitch less than 2 yds from the goaline like they did on Christmas is a horrible call. Seattle will win, but they shouldn't. Parcells needs to get fired after they lose.
