The blue light on the wii flashes when the system turns on, and turns blue when nintendo sends you a message.Is there a way to keep it on all of the time?

Nope.

Nintendo will give you the blue light when something is avaliable. It can never stay on other than that. It is supposed to save energy by using a little yellow light...

You cant, the only way you can is if you send yourself a message via e-mail and it will be lit but that goes away when the wii gets turned on. Your wii email adress is , w + wii friend code @wii.com

For now, I don't think there's any way to make it stay on, but in the future, maybe Nintendo will release an update that will make it stay on when you're playing a game.

no, but i wish it did, i love the blue light. my brother is standing over my shoulder and he says were pathetic for obsessing over a little blue light, but its sweet. i hope theres an upgrade or something so it can always be on

you cant because it only blinks because that means you had or have a Wiiconnect24 update or someone has joinded youre wii with a mii and either left or stayed (it would stay in the mii parade).
