Help me settle an argument with my sis. I really like a man I work with and I can tell by how looks and acts that he's attracted to me. He's asked me to lunch a few times and he calls and/or emails me once a week. If I don't hear from him by Wed., or Thurs then I contact him. My sister told me if he liked me that much he would call me more often and that I shouldn't or he would lose interest in me. She says men "enjoy the chase" I see nothing wrong with initiating conversation, especially because I like him. what do you guys think?

It is better to let him chase you. When a guy finds out you really like him he will do as he pleases with you. He will call when he wants cause he knows you will answer the phone, be waiting on him and all of that you know what i am talking about. Let him run after you.

yup, men enjoy the chase so much that they run off for some sleazy whore that doesn't give then a hard time and doens't make them chase her, thats how much men enjoy the chase

when you chase they run away . They really don't like to be chased they like to be the chaser. Be hard to get ahold of. make it ineresting . ut first find out if he is single and not attached to someone else. You could end up embarraced and hurt.

Want my HONEST answer? Let HIM chase you! If he was interested, he would chase you. The fact that he isn't, means that he's just not THAT interested!

It's the 21st century. There's nothing wrong with doing your part to make a relationship happen. Go for it!

I don't think calling him is chasing him

It would be chasing if he didn't also call you and ask you out.

At this stage 50-50 is fine.

You obviously understand the situation better than your sister because you are living it. Do whatever feels right.

You are too funny! I thought you said the guy is married and is bothering you? Now that he is backing off, you want him back! make up your mind, girl!
