walking - walk fast, not conservative. Walk up hills and through parks. The beach is a good thing too. Then when she is toughened up, and metabolism is fired up, get her into plyometrics, sports or just a routine in the gym.

do special thigh and butt toning workouts and dont let her eat potatoes or pizza--those really do go straight to ur thighs
