You can go to Symantec's website and they will scan your system for you, then tell you what you are infected with, and then tell you what tool to download to rid your computer of that infection. If you know anyone in the Army you can download norton for free from https://www.us.army.mil AVG is my favorite at the moment. They offer free antispyware and free antivirus. It takes the least amount of system resources and works awesome!
