Something definitely doesn't seem right about that. It's probably an STD though. I would get it checked out.

Why can't it be a STD?? It is unusual to have acne on your penis. You should have a doctor check you out.

Acne there?
Genital warts come to mind....Get to a clinic and dont have unprotected sex until you are sure.
If its genital wars then you wont be having unproteted sex with anyone (sensible) again.
