is it because moon effect or geografi changes, this mud flow starting uncontrol, and some places have this problem also, 1st time because human error but in other places this hot mud just come directly from underground, I really wondering, what happening in this earth, please if you have suggestion for this problem, because this hot mud can drawning one city or island .

In this instance i think you are referring too the mud flows, set off by an accident deep in a drilling shaft operated by a gas exploration company, and have displaced more than 10,000 people and cover over 1,000 acres of land on Java island.
It is still spewing out vast amounts of bubbling mud and slop and engineers are at a loss to stop it.
This kind of thing can occur naturally as well. Indonesia is prone to this kind of problem as it is right on the edge of a tectonic plate which is very active (causing volcano's, earthquakes and the like).

The Earth is geologically live. The mountains are becoming higher (in some places like Himalaia) or lower (because the rains, wind). And the magma flows from the inner crust to outside, like ever. You have to remember: the Earth's age is about 5 billions year. The humans have no more than 0.2 million... And it will became worst!
