Sorry, I only know of the Nintendo DS versions of Pearl/Diamond. As far as I know, they are not coming out for Gameboy Advance.

Pokemon Pearl, its coming out on Nintendo DS on April 22nd of this year. Serebii.net has tons of info incluuding a complete pokedex.
