So does it mean
1. It is an old t-shirt thus times have changed and I am no longer single
or
2. It is an old t-shirt, thus I have been single for a looong time

u have to consider the message the t shirt would be saying if it just said "im single" meaning ur available. so the phrase "this is an old t-shirt" would imply that the phrase "i'm single" is false meaning that u are not single. so number 1 is the answer.

i think this could be either however i think it means more of number 2 bc its telling the ppl who read it that u have had the shirt for a long time and things have not changed which means ur still single. but its all about how the reader determines the meaning is.

Its like your not single but your 'looking' because your wearing the shirt.
