How can I prevent from getting my skin color changed when i go to a really hot country with up to 40 degrees celius? what can i do?

use a very high protection skin lotion (it is called total block) it block the UV rays from the sun from getting into your skin if you can't find that use a protection with the higher number you can get 30 35 will be ok too... less than that you ought to be careful

wear alot of high SPF sunscreen--but being tan is nice!

Cover up (hats and sunglasses,UV ray protectant clothing.) and wear sunscreen.

wear sunscreen and treat your skin well by pampering it with lotion and natural extracts.....otherwise idk
