Ok im on probation for one year for possession of alcohol and marijuana ( just one gram ) i violated probation with a failed drugtest wtih cocaine. What are the consequences?

The state would most likely move to revoke your probation. This can only happen at a hearing with a judge and you present to explain your side of the situation.

Most likely a rehab of some sort. If you don't take the rehab offer, you probation will likey be revoked, and you will serve time for the original offense plus time for the probation violation.

The probation might be revoked if you violated its provisions.
