If this is a car, no there is no filter. If you are having trouble with air flow you probably have a plugged evaporator core deep inside the HVAC system. These usually have come into the shop with a complaint of no cold air as well. What happens is there is a very slow leak in the evap. core which allows a heavy oil to slowly escape which coats the core and attracts and attaches all matter of crap which eventually chokes all air passage into the passenger compartment. To repair this properly requires a new evaporator core and an AC recharge. To repair air flow only would require the evap. core to be removed, cleaned, and re-installed without the AC working after job was completed. This is a tough job to do and is very expensive to get someone else to do it. Good luck.
