looking to buy a home in and around Seattle, WA. Well things around here are not cheap. I have about $420,000 to spend. I want a good neighborhood and a nice home with about 2,000 sqft with a 6,000 sqft yard. New homes would be great. Does anyone know where to move within a 20 mile radius of Seattle?

Currently there are close to 122 homes within 20 miles of seattle that are 3+ bedroom 1+ bath over 2000 Sq/Ft under $425,000 I lived in washington for several decades and would recommend Kirkland, Juanita, Bellevue, West Seattle, and Lake City. Kirkland / Juanita has awesome schools. Also I would highly suggest not using a ReMax agent up there. The link provided will search the entire Seattle Metropolitan MLS and is courtesy of John L Scott real estate. You would however be well served by interviewing several agents for buyers representation. Make sure and call Coldwell Banker Bain as they seem to work to a higher standard service level. Best wishes on finding a great home and neighborhood.

Why not live in harlem with the brothers. Are you a racist or something? Only want to live with whites?
