Could be what my sister & I are going through ...Its called Perimenopause.. And yes, even though your in your 30s its even possible for you to go through actual menopause! I have a girlfriend I grew up with who emails me, and we were talking about my going through perimenopause, and she told me, in her 30s , she went through actual menopause.. See, what my sister & I are going through is called Perimenopause, because its not actual menopause until you've missed a period for a consecutive 12 months (1year)... And she & I, get periods, but there like you described and also, 4-9 months without one!! This last time , it was 7 months before I got another one!! And I actually got mad, when it came.. And it was dark, like your describeing.... My sister has gone 9 months without having hers.. And we're in our mid-40s.. We have two older sister's who still get them every month! And my sister & I are like.. Nanner, Nanner, Nanner!! HaHa!! We get to go through it, before you do!! We just kid around about it, though!! Or, honey you be careful, this could also be stemmed from rough sex!! I almost miscarried my youngest son, because of rough sex, and my doctor to us to either not have it, or go easy with it.. Well, there was no way in H___!!! My Ex-Husband was going to go without it!! But, I was spotting alot of blood, whenever he got a little too rough with me.... And that scared both of us into the doctor's office, after it happened 2-3 times.... So, its either or!! Look at the bright side,, if your done having kids.. all of the perimenopause and actual menopause, there all a BIG-PLUS!!! Dont stress over it, but if you are a bit worried, I'd go see a doctor for it, if I were you just to help you to relax about it all, you know.. Well, good luck, to you hun, either way!! And hey, you have a "Good One".. Smile!!!

I think honestly you may be a bit young for menopause but it is a possibility. That still isn't a reason why you are bleeding. Do you have enough lubricant? I strongly suggest seeing a gynecologist. I have never heard of such thing. Good Luck and I wish you the best.

I suggest you consult a physician, or most likely a gynecologist. Even if it's nothing more serious than menopause (which I'm not sure, seeing as how I'm male) it still ought to be checked out. Yahoo answers may not be the best place, lol. ;)
