I am in desperate need of information if anyone knows how to convert dangly earrings to clip on ones. I'm getting married in 9 days and just found out that two of my younger attendants do not have pierced ears. Does ANYONE know of any stores in the Brampton/Mississauga area that might either do that for me or can suggest a kraft type item that I can purchase to do it myself? I was told by a jeweler that it would cost approx 100 per pair to get it done by a laser welder, any other heat would tarnish the mother of pearl stone.

help!!!!

Check out www.simplywhispers.com or check out a local bead jewelry making store. Simply Whispers carries replacement/repair items as well as hypoallergenic fashion earrings.

Other option - get different earrings for the 2 younger attendants. www.bluenile.com has quality jewelry for reasonable prices.

I agree, since your crunched for time just get some fake ones and have the brides maids worry about it later. You have enough in your plate that this shouldn't be such a head ache for you. I mean who on earth doesn't have pierced ears these days?!!!!

go to claires and get fake clip ons- no one will know the difference- then give the girls the real ones and let them worry about it, telling them you did not have time on YOUR day to fix their earrings.

Try your local pawn shop or an antique store. You can't beat the bargains.
