Alright, here's what's going on. I feel as if I'm a female on the inside, but male on the outside. I'm a male and 18 years old. I'm roughly 6'2.
My brain has slowly begun to want and like feminine tendencies. I have a somewhat limp-wrist, if that means anything. I have this urge to wear women's capris, wear tight girl t-shirts and tight men t-shirts, wear tight feminine jeans, wear feminine boots, but also wear masculine flipflops and shoes. I have this urge for an androgynous hairstyle, hairless body, an urge for earrings on both ears and feminine archs. I've never really had major hair growth on my chest, arms or legs, so I find that somewhat odd. I have no real desire to wear makeup, have a sex-change or nothing drastic so to speak, but I've noticed feminine characteristics lately rising, at the same time, my masculine urges are "fighting" my feminine urges. I feel my masculine urges are "losing".
What is happening to me? What do I do?

I'm not sure that this is something to be too worried over. You may just simply by gay and there is nothing wrong with that. I'm not trying to judge you at all, dont get me wrong. Does it seem that you are suddenly attracted to males? Considering that you're 18 puberty is almost over for you so this could be your permanent lifestyle. Figure out what you want. If you want to be feminine there are many people in this world that think its great to hang out or be with a guy who is like that. I personally do. All I can say is that you should examine yourself, find out what you want, ask yourself some questions, find out if you really are gay or bisexual. You only have one life so live it the way only you want to. Good luck to you in everything.

Sounds like you're some form of transgender. Most likely genderqueer. You're better off expressing yourself than bottling up everything inside. Wear what you want and act however you want. It's not likely going to be an easy road, but the reward is worth the risk. I wish ya the best.

Calm down. You are coming into yourself, its not that big a deal... If you are gay, you might want to try being a drag queen. You are a feminine guy, so am I. Its ok. Your body, whether anyone believes this or not, is actually controled by your mind, which doesn't want to be all hairy. I wish my body would get a clue! lol! Its ok, you might be a transgender... You might want to ask a professional if it progresses...
But, dont' just go and think that you are a transgender... It is just a possibility. You are probably just a feminine guy.

First is acceptance.
Second, if really don't see your self cross dressing then don't. Just remember that there are still ALOT of homophobics around, and as long as you're ready for what you might hear, then you might give your self a go.
Third, try to weigh the your wants.
