Just use different calcium containing foods and supplements. I can't drink milk either, so used that method with my (healthy) children. As my doctor said, "the baby doesn't care HOW you get the calcium..."

no, vitamins are designed to be used with a healthy diet. They won't give you 100% calcium as it is dangerous when you have too much. Try fortified orange juice with calcium from a non-dairy source.
Your baby will get the calcium he/she needs (usually) as your body will donate it right out of your own bones. Not good for you.

Yes, if you are concerned just talk to your Dr. about it. You can calcium from green leafy vegetables, yogurt, pudding and cheese. So many others items have calcium in them too. As long as you are eating healthy I wouldn't worry.

You can take Tums with calcium. I think Tums smoothies taste better than the regular Tums, but it's a little more pricey. It's completely safe for you and the baby.
Congrats and good luck! :)
