Are there any company and /or an agency that would allow sponsorship to work in the US?

It was my dream eversince to work in a beautiful place like America. I am competitive I have a bachelors degree, equipped with skills and knowledge, fluent in english. And I really have the attitude to succed. I kept this vision and am still keeping it and I will always keep this goal in my whole entire life.

Don't know what you do... but I think Walt Disney does.

I believe that the big tech companies IBM, HP, Microsoft are allowed to hire employees from other countries to work here. They must have a skill set that is in high demand. God speed and keep the dream alive.
