There's this girl in my class that I never talk to because I don't know her that much. Well everytime we first see each other she'll stare at me for a few seconds. It gets on my nerves, but, again, we never speak to each other. Why would she be doing this? Oh, if she asks me for help, since I'm the T.A. (HS student), she'll be really nice and all.

well she could just like you and be too shy to come up and talk to you (i don't neccasarily mean like you as in want to go out with you i mean as a friend) even when you approach her she may not know how to respond to you so she is off-standish to you at first just ease into conversation or something like i said she may just be shy and not know how to talk to you right away.......

Maybe she finds you pretty or would like to be your friend. Maybe she's jealous of you.
