Well, that all depends.
If you run 40 yds in 4.5 seconds that's a bit over average.
If you run 40 ft. in 4.5 minutes that's not really running at all. That's just barely walking.

Yes, that is very good. That is probably a Possession Receiver Speed. Running backs and Speed Receiver are below 4.40. Anyway, you would still outrun 5/6 if the players of your football team.

Why do you need to ask such dumb questions, are you really that insecure. if you really do run a 4.5 you probably need to hope you have other skills because being fast only helps if your a talented athlete or escaping from the cops.

You bet you are. The fastest 40 time in the NFL Scouting Combine last February was Chad Jackson...at 4.39. I'd say you are fast.

we all know ur lying, i mean any1 knows 4.5 seconds is fast, if u r that fast go t the nfl they will let u in, most wr dont run that fast, if ur gonna lie, make it a believeable one

Yes. Some of the best NFLers don't even run that fast. I ain't talking about O-Linemen, but some backs.

everybody noes that u prob run a 13.60, but yes a 4.50 is fast. Can u catch?? or block things wich are aloso needed to be a football player?

You are pretty fast....are you into athletics? If so you can rpobably move on to the next level with work and dedication. One think I have learned in sports is that you can not teach speed.
