does anyone know what movie i'm talking about?

what i can remeber from the preview is a teenager is murdered and he dosen't know it at first. he even goes to school and some classmates are making fun of his poem, and he relaizes no one can see him. then it goes into how he is not really dead but almost, and only his girlfriend can see him.

The only one I can think of that is close to that is "My Boyfriend's Back", but I think others besides his g/f could see him...
