Being a non-vegetarian. A non-vegetarian is a canniball, of-course. Because the flesh of human being is much tastier than animals. Be a non-vegetaran that would take more hardship to digest and tissues and cells of body would burn more than vegetables and thus the long-lasting cells and tissues would be aged. After all a non-vegetarian would never suffer for want of food as every day people are dying due to accidents and diseases and spaces for cemetries are very less so non-vegetarians can eat plenty of the corpses, every day. Else, what is the difference of the blood, flesh, bone, urine and excreta etc., of animals and human(?)

Vegetarians are people who don’t eat meat. With careful planning, a vegetarian diet can provide all the essential vitamins and minerals necessary for a long and healthy life. A vegetarian diet has many health benefits, and its a more familiar way of living a religious life than eating animal flesh!

The vegetarian is surely a better option because it seem to me more cultured and civilised than those who eat non-veg. We are not beasts anymore. Ans yes, veg is also good from the point of view of religion. No religion tells you to kill other for your meat.

Just tell me one thing, if one man-eating tiger tells you whether he should be vegetarian or not what would u say? Just compare your self with the feelings of the animals you eat. U just eat one time and than forget them. But they have lost their LIVES!! Would you like to be in place of them?

As per medical point of view, many epidemics are spread only though animals. For example - bird flu. Therefore it is not advisable to eat them. Moreover, I have never heard that any particular person has died as he was a veg. There is no point in the argument that the person who are veg are not as healthy as non-veg persons. These I can say b'coz i have observed it. Those who eat non-veg do not have peace of mind as compare to those who are veg.

I am not sure there is a better. If you want to be a vegetarian, you will have to make sure you get an adequate supply of protein. It takes two grains to make a complete protein. That is why certain ethnic foods are a combination of beans and rice. Benefits include that it is easier to avoid too much fat or too much cholesterol.
Being a meat eater, you should try to avoid too much red meat, for the fat and cholesterol, but it is easy to get the beneficial fats from fish. It is easier to eat in restaurants and banquets.

whether you are a non veg or a veg, u cant become immune to diseases by being any of the two. the important thing is both are nutritious. If taken in a proper and balanced manner, a vegetable is as good as chicken or egg. moreover a non- vegetarian does not only eat meat and eggs and ignore the vegetables, its only a matter of personal liking.
Both are okay if taken in proper manner.
your question is just like asking is studying medicine better than studying engineering or business. if studied properly any field is good and equally profitable in terms of salary pay.
THINK OVER THIS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well.. there isn't a real better 1.. but if your a non-veg, you can get more proteins from fish, cod, eggs, chicken etc. It depends on your choice. Also veggies have less choices to pick from such as only & mostly from fruits and vegetables.
