I am thinking of changing my career. Tired of sales. I am looking into either getting a realestate lic. or a personal trainer lic. Wich one makes more money I wonder, and is more fun?

Why don't you do both, first the personal training then the real estate? It would make a great way to meet people and network. I bet that would be two good things to do. They are different enough that they would compliment each other really well.

You'd be on your way to being "healthy, wealthy and wise".

This is probably not the first time your personal trainer has encountered this, so it's a matter of two things. Either he is the type of personal trainer that doesn't mind flinging a trainee outside the fitness club and keepin it professional inside the club or the goody goody trainer thats always on the up and up and more than likely has a good woman at home. Your task is to find out which one of the two trainers you are dealing with, because if its the 1st you have a chance, you just have to be slick with it, just like he's slick with it. If its the 2nd one than I'm sorry. You can start by asking implicating statements like - "youre a very good trainer, youre woman must be very lucky that she doesnt have to pay for such quality training". If he says he gotta woman than you gotta back up. Don't be a home wrecker cuz you will obscure your fitness goals and karma will bite you in your *** - believe that. Just be smart with it baby, you should be aiight.

wow. it's hard to say. Being a real estate agent has the potential to make a lot of money, but for most people the checks are few and far between (thought that first sale is exhilirating!). However, if fitness is really your passion, and teaching people new things, being a personal trainer could be a very satisfying career for you. You say you are tired of sales..you didn't say why but if it is because of the uncertainty of a commission based career or because of the falseness you sometimes have to portray to make a sale, then real estate is NOT for you- to be successful, that's what you'll have to do.

If you are tired of sales then stay far away from Real Estate. What the heck do you think RI is about. Watch million dollar listing on Bravo. They are a bunch of A$$ kissers

Real estate is alllllll about sales.... so if you didn't feel confident or successful there you should definitely choose personal trainer.

The money can be just as good and you also get to stay fit yourself while doing it!

Good luck!
