Both answers are right and it was a good add about the Calder trophy because it would have gone Ovechkin, Crosby, Malkin but with the lockout Crosby lost out because of Ovechkin scoring more goals and that was the only reason he lost.
Crosby proved himself worthy though garnering the most points for the 2006 calendar year at 118 beating out the next closest player by 1 point.

Crosby and Ovechkin (Crosby was the number one overall pick in 2005 Ovechkin the number one overall pick of 2004 but because of the lockout did not play until 2005) Ovechkin was awarded the Calder Trophy as NHL Rookie of the Year following last season.
