For what I have been reading it is suppose to help make the pushing easier.

I used it with my 3rd pregnancy. It made no difference, pushing still sucked, but it did taste good :)

It doesn't make a difference for labor or delivery if you drink it at that time, but drinking it beforehand, helps to tone the uterus. A toned uterus, just like any other toned muscle, can work more efficiently. So if your uterus is toned, it can work to it's fullest ability!

The best type of Red Raspberry leaf tea is the loose leaf tea. The bagged teas that you can find in the grocery store/drugstore are OK, but the loose tea is much more potent.

I drank it two days before my due date. I never had contractions, not even braxton hicks ones until then. I was checked right before I drank it, the doc said it could be another week. The night before my due date I went into labor-fast. I gave birth 5 hours after checking into the hospital, the nurses were amazed since I was a first timer! I don't think it makes pushing easier, but helps the body prepare for delivery.
