I'm a huge Alias fan even though the series is over, I am just wondering what peoples favortie episode was and why. Mine i think was the either Phase One where the CIA raids the SD cells and Vaughn and Sydney can finally be together, or the series finale where the end game is revealed and most of the loose ends are tied up.

I would have to say Double Agent.
Which is right after Phase One.
I was so happy to see the two of them together.
And i really like the series finale too because you finally see Syd and Vaughn have the happy ending they deserve. But some of the loose ends werent tied up as well as they should have been. But Alias is still one of my top shows because of all the action and adventure, and romance.

The final episode, especially what Jack did... that was classic Jack, and was one of the single greatest things ever.
