Now there might be a slight discomfort about the way he walk. But if he was in accident that was severe they might consider handicap like i was watching A shoe on HBO where the guys penis got shuck in A cement mixer and they declared him handicap. So I guess it depends because another person just had an STD and got his chopped off and he wasn't declared handicap.

Legally no, you don't get any "parking" spots or any other goodies. But yes, by definition you would be handicapped. Handicapped is defined as the degree of functional limitation resulting from impairment. The existence of a handicap depends on the extent to which impairment impedes a person's function. Evidentley, if you don't have a penis, one is impaired.

Yeah you would defiintely deserve a handicap sticker for that. Also, if you were a porn star you could probably get disability because you would be unable to perform your work duties
