Vow not to use a boa constrictor for a scarf - that is EASY to keep.
Seriously,, the 15 minutes quiet time for contemplation and prayer is very valuable. It will give your mind a chance to see spiritual things and therefore to mature. It is very good.
And another thing - write or call your family to say you love them at least once a week. that will not be too easily broken.

Well I would make a promise to exercise everyday, and that means just walking around you neighborhood for about 25 min each day. If you do that it will make you feel better and you will feel healthier.

Well..I would say lose weight, but you know how the story goes. Maybe, start your own diary, be nicer to the ones you're harsh to, or maybe, become a better person.
