Not usually, usually I base it on they're answer and most questions I don't give bad ratings, usually just answers.

When I *have* done that, the question was incredibly stupid to begin with. Like, that one girl that was talking trash about another user (both girls were 13) and I gave her a thumbs down, went to her profile and gave all her other questions (that all said the same thing) thumbs down and reported them....
but usually, no.

guilty. I answered this guys question once and it was pretty dumb so I said "your not funny, shut up." He really thought he was funny. So he reported me and I know he reported me. So whenever I see a question or answer of his, I give him a thumbs down. But his question really ought to be reported.
