if a guy stares at me and looks into my eyes and when hes with him friends instead of talkin and laughin at him he stares at me and hes always finding a reason to touch me!! and if he finds out a guy likes me he always ask me if i like that guy then the next day he trys to embarrous the guy cuz he knows i dont like that guy!! but hes talkin and being nice to his ex girlfriend now! and he use to be mean to her and not talk to her!! does he like me or does he like his ex???

i think what you are going through may be awkward. it seem as though he knows you like him and he likes you back but you dont make any moves. so what he is trying to do is tell you in his own way that he like you back. but you still dont make any moves. so by that he tries to make you jealous by talking to his ex, hoping you will come out and say that you like him. the thing you do is occasionally ask him if he still has feelings for her. then if he says that he doesnt and hes just trying to stop the tension then like a couple days after try and show him that you REALLY like him and you want to progress to the next level. just wait and see. thats the most i can say.
