5:3=10:6=15:9.......................................
8:10=4:5=12:15.....................................
4:21=8:42=12:63...................................
3:5=6:10=12:20.....................................

The Equivalent ratio is as
5:3 = 5/3 or 10/6 or 15/9 etc multiplying or dividing both the nuberator and denominator by the same number.

8: 10 = 8/10 or 4/5 or 16/20

4:21 = 4/21 or 8/42
3:5 = 3/5 or 6/10 or 9/15

All you need to do is divide the first number by the second, ie: a ratio of 3:5 would be 3/5, which is 0.6.
