Of course it means something. it is the high language of the gsjghs people. Let me demonstrate; jjgjgshj fbmo smngj wvepo gsfglpt translates into - If you believe this is a language then you really are gullible!

you could try putting that on a translation website(babelfish.com freetranslations.com etc.) and try to translate it into different languages...it might work...but probably not.Dude i think its jibberish.
