NYU by far the best in the country. Not only is the university close to Broadway, but it's also in the area called off-Broadway. Most famous actors, actress, directors, producers, etc. live in Manhattan (near NYU) and also in California. Also Yale is top notched. The university works with the Eugene O'Neill Theater before the show goes to Broadway.

Emerson College! It's small in comparison to some of the other schools being mentioned, but it's fantastic! It's located in the mouth of the Theater District, and some of the most talented people in the film/acting industry have come from this school. There's also a very competitve Musical Theater program, and a plethora of over options in the arts if you change your mind.

Good luck!
