stupid wal-mart downloads!! Grrrr.....?

Question

ok so i wanna browse the songs on the website and it tries 2 download and installation package but apparently the file it supposed 2 go in dont work or sumthin. if downloaded music from this site before and maybe deleted sumthin a few months ago when i was cleanin my computer. this is so annoying! has this happend 2 any1 else? what did you do? or do you kno what 2 do? much luv Cassie!

I'm not really sure how much this'll help, but I know that I've had a heap of trouble with that site before. I tried to download 8 songs, and I only got 3. FRUSTRATING!!!! Now I'm only doing one at a time, just so I don't get cheated.
As for where your music is, it should go to Windows Media Player after you finish downloading it.... if you deleted that program, you won't find your music at all. You might want to find out wether or not someone can burn this program to a disc for you.
I'd take up your case with Wal- Mart-- you can find a link on their website that will show you where you can email them-- I'd try to see if they'll refund your money and maybe they can help you troubleshoot.

If you want to stay legal, and I hope you do. I get a lot of songs from them and yes I have had trouble. You can call customer sevice and they will help you. They are very helpful, they will set it up so you can redownload your songs. At 88 cents a song it pretty cheap. Here is the info from their help page.
