Unless you're a resident of Tanzania, it's going to be at least relatively expensive, because the park fees alone are not cheap. But of course it depends what you think "cheap" is. The idea of searching around Moshi for the best offer is a good one. Good luck.

No its fairly pricy. Lots of tour guides in Moshi and Arusha, just find a reliable one. Try David +255741560569. Enjoy!
