I just had my period the 19th of december through the 23rd, I forgot to take my pills on the 29th and 30th, i started again heavily on the 1st and haven't stopped since then. I have since then kept on taking my pills regularly. The whole reason I started the pills 3 months ago was to regulate my period because I get so sick with each one. It has helped a bit, but still do you think that I should maybe go to the doctor?
I know it can be very healthy to lose this much blood in such a short period of time. Should I be concerned or do you think maybe I am overreacting?

you should have doubled up when you remembered and then take one each day after. there should be an isert in your pill pack that gives you instructions on what to do incase you forget. if not, call your gyno and make an appt. so she can go over these with you.

If you missed two then you get a big drop in the hormones, same as you do when take the placebo pills - hence you get withdrawal bleeding, which is what a period is when you are on hormonal birth control. Just keep taking the pills, and remember that your won't be protected again until you have taken the active ones, seven days in a row. If those seven days would take you onto the placebo pills, skip the placebos and start a new pack instead.
