i don't know . but i sure hope you have a sensible reason for asking this question .
i hope you not some nut that has one in his basement and thinks it is magical and cant be killed or some crap like that.
if you are here is an idea leave your home go to the bar have a few drinks go get laid then drink some more and then ask the people in the bar this question . you know i heard the magical midgets can make themselves look like really big men and that if you go up to one of the big men who is really a midget and punch him in the nose he will turn back into a midget and have to give you a pot full of hash

No, there's a very specific rule that says Dwarf's and Midget's cannot be executed.

I don't know if they qualify as dwarfs or midgets. But we have executed thousands of Ewoks.
