This happened to me about 6 months ago. I was sat in my front room when I heard "tap tap tap". I thought, "OH MY GOD! The crackheads have finally united into one massive zombified crack-army and they're here to get us normals!" then it went again "tap tap tap". "What should I do!?" I thought. I don't want to open the curtains to be confronted by a mentalist. "Tap tap tap". So I thought "To hell with this!" and threw back the curtain to reveal...
My Grandad on his way home from work. He'd seen there was a light on and thought it'd be a good idea to knock on and wave at me through the window.

nope, I'd call the cops....unless you were expecting someone to be taping on your window at 1:30 am. could also be a tree branch "tapping" too.
