Its awkward for me. Like for example, in a crowded train, i have trouble figuring out where to look. I look around and people are either lookign at their hands, bags, shoes, staring ahead (while thinking) or looking at posters. What is wrong with society! Why don't people look other in the eyes anymore? I like to stare strangers in the eye and just think about them, it is peculiar of me?

People do that to me so I stare them down. But usually I can find a place to look...usually at someone far away so they will never catch me♥

I'm usually out of it most of the time so I stare into space lol But when it comes to conversations, I'm one to look you straight in the eye while I'm talking to you, and if you don't do the same I find it a bit rude and completely stop the conversation.. Sometimes mens' eyes will wonder and its a bit annoying. But other than that I consider eye contact very important and a definite must.

Well, I wouldn't advise doing that on the train. But it's good to look into the eyes. I do for sure and it makes others self conscious, I think, but it sure enhances the conversation.

sometimes i do that, but lately i have been too look strangers in the eye (long story)
i only look into someone eyes if, i no them and im telling them something very seriously (like i love u, im sorry, ect.), or like if im flirty with someone i will look straight into their eyes, smile and look away

I look at people in the eye when I speak to them, other wise it's rude to stare at people you don't know.
