I just turned 16, and although I still should be growing as I'm only 5'4, I only have a 4 1/2 - 5 inch penis. Is this going to be a problem, especially in high school?

Dont let these ho's with terrible character patronize you, my friend. The truth is that women are naturally attracted to a large man with a large penis. You are not that, so obviously most American women will not be attracted to you. This doesnt mean that you can get a girlfriend, or that you wont be able to get married.
In the meantime, you should be eating healthy, not smoking or drinking, and exercising very often. If you are one of the kids that sits at home all day and watches TV or plays video games and doesnt play sports, that could be part of the reason as to why you are still small. Excellent news is that you can continue to grow until you are 21 or 25 years old, some guys are just very late bloomers.
Dude you can still easily shoot up to 5'10 if you arent abusing your body. The reason why kids grow during puberty is because of hormones, a healthy-positive environment, a healthy diet, and some other things. One of the best ways to get your hormones racing is to PLAY SPORTS, and PLAY WITH GIRLS. Im not being a pervert, everyone does it at your age, and you need to start playing with girls sexually. Of course, you need to use protection, and stay away from dirty girls. But if you start taking martial arts, boxing/kickboxing, play football or other sports, you will help your body grow. And the hormones you get from girls will also help you reach your full potential.

The male organ is done growing at 14! The rest of you can grow until around 16 though.

look billy, sure size does matter, if man have erected penis less than 2 inches, i think it will so hard to have sex and satisfy his women, it is abnormal size.
also if man has 10 inches penis it will be hard to find mate accept that huge size, also it will be hard to him to have sex in normal way and may be cause hurt to his woman it is also abnormal size
the average which is normal from 5-7 inches

Don't worry honey...you'll get bigger, and if you don't there are far more important things to a girl. The fact that you care whether this will be a problem for future dates means you are probably sweet and sensitive and this is far more important in the long run.
