It feels like something sharpe and big is wraped around my neck. I hurts really really really really bad when i even turn my head even the slightest bit. Do I have whiplash?

I would recommend going to see a chiropractor. They can effectively check out your neck and adjust if it need be. They will do an exam and get for any subluxations in your spine. After getting adjusted the pain should decrease dramatically within a few days.

When you have a sudden impact your muscles can go into spasm. This is the bodies natural defense mechanism to prevent the neck from breaking. a.k.a. You can see a doctor and they may give you a muscle relaxer. A true whip lash involves tearing of the muscle fibers, pain can last for a few days or on occasion be more serious. For either a whiplash injury or a simple spasm your doctor has excellent treatments to help you get through the pain. Be patient, get help. Be well.

Answred your other question and it could be a muscle strain/ tear. Ive never had whiplash but 7 concussions!! Id get checked by a doctor or go to the hospital. Get better soon!! Dont try to do silly things like me. :P

ask your doctor, or see a chiropractor, but do it soon, because if you do have it, it could get much, much worse without treatment.
